Property Manager/Coordinator - (Atlanta, GA)

Job overview We are a property management firm located in Atlanta Georgia that is helping owners by streamlining necessary property management tasks and slashing costs. Our company is currently looking for a professional and responsible individual to fill the role of Property Manager. The Property Manager will have the full responsibility of managing daily operations at assigned properties. Tasks include marketing and filling vacancies, screening prospective tenants. This is all can be done from your home or our office. This is a commission only position. Most leads will be provided to you, however we expect you to reach out to obtain clients also. Commission rate is 1 mnths rent of each property found, 0.5 mons rent for tenants found plus quota bonuses monthly, paid every two weeks.
