The Store Manager performs a wide variety of job functions, directing and coordinating store activities to ensure safe, professional and profitable operations. The Store Manager is accountable for meeting company objectives and adhering to company policies. Principal Accountabilities Store Management Meeting Sales and Revenue Goals, implementing marketing and growth plans Meeting Workplace standards for quality, customer service and safety Managing store personnel Managing inventory and cash assets Compliance with all applicable federal, state and local statutes All other duties deemed necessary for effective store management Requirements for Store Management Must be able to read
