As a Claims Representative II. for our Subrogation unit, you’ll play a critical part in fulfilling Sentry’s promise to be there for our customers. WHAT YOU'LL DO Provides prompt subrogation investigation, evaluation and communication to the claims departments on open claim files and handles subrogation recovery efforts on closed claim files where 3rd party responsibility has been identified. Authorizes expense recovery payments in accordance with assigned authority limit to enhance collection efforts. In addition you’ll: • Receive recovery claim assignments from manager and directly from established workflow and systems.
