Title Insurance: Title Assistant / Claims Representative - (Boston, MA)

Position overview Very large, national Title Insurance company is recruiting for a Title Claims Representative (appx 50-55k) to operate independently on claims files under the auspices of claims counsel. The perfect candidate: • Has at least 3-five years background in the Title Insurance Industry or working as a Real Estate Paralegal or Real Estate Legal Assistant. • Possesses strong client relations skills. • Must be a self-starter, detail-oriented with strong organizational and verbal/written correspondence abilities. • Will be able to juggle multiple assignments in a fast-paced team oriented environment. • Will possess impeccable attention to detail and issue solving abilities. PRIMARY PURPOSE : To provide support to the claims staff and to perform other office tasks depending on the client program. KEY FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES Sets up and enters new claims into claims management system. Inputs and reviews notes/diaries in claims management system as instructed.
