Agency Sales Manager - (Lexington, KY)

OVERVIEW Sentry Insurance is looking for an energetic, self-starter who is highly motivated and has strong management expertise to join our Kentucky and Mississippi Agency Sales team. This unit focuses on our Non-Standard Auto and Power Sports lines of business. This position may be staffed as an Agency Sales Manager I, II, or Senior depending on the selected applicant’s related experience and requirements. This individual can be located anywhere in KY, with the target locations for this individual to reside being: Bowling Green, KY ; Louisville, KY ; or Lexington, KY . WHAT YOU'LL DO As the Agency Sales Manager you will be responsible for agency selection through identification of qualified agency partnerships. You will also be responsible for implementing plans and programs to contribute to the achievement of agency produced sales, premium and loss ratio objectives.
