Position summary Business Development Manager Compensation has a large commission component, the base salary listed does not include the commission structure Position overview The business development manager for WLE will be responsible for helping educate new leads on everything that WLE has to offer and close contracts. We expect that this role will build relationships with important potential customers, then clearly articulate the WLE philosophy and close new contracts. At WLE we sell ourselves as a luxury background in the field of construction and maintenance, so any background in a luxury/heavy customer-service-oriented industry is preferred. Ideally, this person also has previous sales background/account management and enjoys getting to chat with people. Relationship building, and general communication will be crucial to the role.
