Position overview We are a rapidly growing company in the consumer medical device market looking for outgoing, adaptable, and driven individuals to grow with us The primary focus of the Telesales Associate (TSA) is to generate demand for our products and services through a mix of outbound calls, email generation, and inbound call processing. Primary responsibilities: Make outbound phone calls to prospects Generate outbound emails to prospects Answer inbound phone calls as required Present company’s solutions over the phone & via emails as needed Achieve and maintain monthly performance metrics Qualify prospects turning leads over to the appropriate customer service representative Effectively utilize internal CRM system for lead follow-up, pipeline management, forecasting
