Job overview Our Sales Associate work with customers and clients in stores to build relationships with the store associates and customers. When out in the market, our Sales Associates work with our Management team to train other associates on product, application, and behavioral selling strategy to gain market share. Along with servicing current customer base by initiating contacts with store personnel, managing product knowledge, merchandising and execution of quarterly initiates, and maintain marketing material. Job assignments: Use of sales and marketing techniques Customer service relationship building New sales acquisitions Client branding/marketing Account updates Consumer relations We will train our Sales Associate in: Acquiring quality customers for our Fortune 500 clients Creating brand awareness for our client’s target audience Promotional sales and marketing Entry level account management Developing sales skills and enhance sales skills Creating a positive buying background Sales presentations
