Job summary 180628- QCM Virginia Beach, VA Quality Control Manager – Department of Defense Construction Projects Reputable and stable general contractor has a need for a Quality Control Manager for USACE and NAVFAC construction projects in Virginia. There are also additional opportunities in Pennsylvania and South Carolina. A min of 6 years’ background in construction quality control on federal government projects is required. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or Quality Control or equivalent. Familiar with the qualifications of EM 385-1-1, and have background in the areas of hazard identification, safety compliance, and sustainability. Applicant must hold a current USACE CQM Certification. 70K-95K/year, depending on background. Comprehensive benefits plan to include healthcare, vision, dental and 401K plan. Applicant does not have to be local and relocation is available for the selected applicant. Regional travel is required for this position.
