Job summary 180726 Scranton, PA Construction Superintendents and Quality Control Managers Reputable and stable general contractor specializing in military and government projects has a need for Superintendents/Quality Control Managers for USACE construction projects near Scranton, PA. Projects range in value from $500K - $10M. Work collaboratively with assigned Project Manager on all facets of the project from pre-construction meetings to post project documentation. Enforce safety and quality control per government specifications and contract drawings. The selected applicant may operate in the areas of Quality Control and Site Safety Health Officer. High-school certificate or equivalent and at least 5-10 yrs’ background as a superintendent and/or quality control manager on USACE construction projects. Familiar with the qualifications of EM 385-1-1, and have background in the areas of hazard identification, safety compliance, and sustainability.
