Service Desk Responsibilities: Greet customers immediately and in a courteous and friendly manner Intake customer vehicles, record problems, identifying service needs, schedule work, assign jobs to service technicians Make estimates for wreck repairs and accommodate insurance company inquiries. Clearly communicate job status to customer and report progress in a timely manner Navigate on-line parts fiches and catalogs to earmark replacement parts for technicians Perform cashier functions Assist Service Department. manager in maintaining a smooth-running, efficient department Maintaining high CSI score.
