Mgr I Payroll - (Greenville, TX)

Position summary : Raytheon Global Business Services - Finance in Greenville, Texas is seeking a strong addition to the Payroll Team to lead operational activities associated with the HR/Benefit team. The successful applicant will supervise a 5-8 person team who has responsibility to oversee the maintenance and updating of HR and benefit plans including leave accruals and monitoring/support for benefits supplied through 3rd party suppliers. The HR/Benefits team is a quick paced, high volume, team oriented environment, focused on individual and team performance as well as continuous improvement. Main responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to: Lead the HR/Benefits Team providing guidance, training, developing and coaching teammates Coordinate, monitor, and resolve issues related to interfaces between three rd party payroll providers and Raytheon systems.
