Receptionist/Customer Service Rep - (Acampo, CA)

Position description Compensation: Starting rate is $15.00/hr. After a 6 mon probation period, rate will be $17.00/hr. As time goes on, and position increases in responsibility and seniority, pay level can grow to $22.00/hr following positive performance reviews and multiple years of service. Basic Function The Customer Services Receptionist Rep. supports the order entry processing. This position is responsible for supporting phone and email orders and must be friendly, proactive and self-motivated. Attention to detail is critical. This role demands excellent customer service skills and a high degree of organization and interpersonal skills. Front line greeter for all incoming calls, customer walk-ins, deliveries, and vendor visits, etc. Performs sales consultation with customer walk-ins. Composes, prepares, edits, and proofreads letters, reports, and other correspondence. Operates paging system to inform production workers of customer pick-ups or deliveries.
