Position summary EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT REPORTS TO: The President SUPERVISION: May provide work leadership to other administrative or office employees. SUMMARY: Performs complex administrative tasks and duties for the President, and for senior staff and business unit managers as needed. RESPONSIBILITIES: · Works under general supervision, acts on own initiative, and provides administrative and secretarial support. · Performs routine office duties independently. · Sets up and maintains files. · Prepares customer and vendor correspondence. · Prepares miscellaneous reports as required. · Arranges meetings and schedules appointments for President. · Makes travel arrangements for President, the senior staff and for interview applicants. · Other duties as required by the President’s office. EDUCATION High-school degree plus 3 (3) years’ work background. 2-year business degree preferred. KEY SKILLS: · Microsoft office suite proficiency · Expertise to handle material of a strictly confidential nature.
