Requirements/ Responsibilities: Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling and discipling employees while meeting necessary timelines. Manage and work with crews to ensure quality installation. Reads and follows plans, material lists, and guidelines. Enforces all company and client safety policies and procedures.
