Job overview HIRING NOW Restoration/Mitigation / Service Technicians– Base salary plus bonus incentives. Water mitigation or re-mediation experience desired, but not necessary. ADS, Advanced Drying Systems, is a Florida owned and established Mitigation company specializing in the structural drying, of both commercial and residential properties with a 24/7 response time throughout Florida & Louisiana. We are looking for applicants that have prior work, or that can be trained to be Technicians for mitigation services in Ft. Myers. Paid training will be provided. ADS offers Medical Insurance, Dental, Vision, 401K, Company paid Life Insurance , along with earned paid vacation. Payroll paid every 2 weeks, direct deposit. ADS offers, Monday through Friday daily work schedule, along with participation in after hours call rotation. Compensation is provided for all on call emergency water losses after hours, special projects, Holidays, and weekends.
