Maintenance Technician - (Hickory, NC)

Employer NOW HIRING: Maintenance Technician As a maintenance technician, the following duties and responsibilities are essential: -- Mechanical background in conveyor systems, drives, gearbox/motors, rollers/bearings, taper locks, and drive chains/belts. -- Background in plumbing, PVC, pumps, float switches, solenoid valves, etc. -- Mechanical background in pneumatics, solenoid valves, cylinders, check/flow controls, quick exhaust, etc. -- Background in steam, hydraulics, electrical/ 3-phase/controls, gas burners/controls is a plus, but not a necessity. We are willing to train you. Qualifications: -- Must be at least eighteen years old. -- Must have your own hand tools, standard and metric. -- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings. -- Must be dependable. -- Must have current driver's license. -- Reliable transportation is a must. -- Pay is $11- $14 an hour depending on background.
