Job summary We are looking for an HVAC Service Tech / Installer to join our team You will install, service, and repair heating and a-c systems. Responsibilities: Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioner systems Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements Perform routine preventative maintenance Respond to emergency maintenance requests Adhere to all safety policies and procedures Requirements: Previous background in HVAC or other related fields Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams Expertise to handle physical workload Strong issue solving and critical thinking skills Company Description We are a locally owned family business that has been serving the Indianapolis area for over 24 yrs. Former owner Bill White began his career in the HVAC industry at Schilling Chilling, here in Indianapolis, in 1962. He worked his way up, from the warehouse stocker, to eventually become the Vice President of Schilling Chilling in 1970.
