Customer Service Representative - (Kalamazoo, MI)
Job summary TecNiq's Customer Service Representative will assist customers with placing orders and provide details about company product and help resolve complaints, as well as answer phones and greet customers. Duties/Responsibilities may include but not be limited to: Receives customers’ requests by fax or email, analyzes requests, enter orders in to computer system. Print available to ship list, pick list and pack instruction. File completed orders in functional file system. Answer incoming calls and greet visitors upon arrival. Knowledge/Skill/Abilities: Good organizational and time organizational skills. Accurate, consistent attention to detail. Basic computer and typing skills. Must have good communication abilities and phone etiquette. Must be punctual with a can-do attitude. Expertise to prioritize and multitask is required. Education/Background Qualifications: High-school certificate or general education degree (GED) is required. Associates degree in related position preferred.
