REQUIREMENTS: 1 yr of Personal lines Insurance Customer Service Background or College Associates Degree Caring Customer Service Skills - working to exceed the expectations of agency prospects and clients. Excellent Automation Skills - Background with Special Agent Management system beneficial Outstanding communication expertise - Oral and Written ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND ASSIGNMENTS INCLUDE: Quote and process new and renewal personal lines insurance business. Cross-sell new policies to existing agency clients. Review and process Personal Lines Insurance renewals and endorsements. Analyze client needs and suggest the most appropriate insurance coverage options. Coordinate and process personal lines insurance claims working with clients and insurance companies.
