We are currently seeking HR Staffing Specialists of all experience (HR Assistants to DEU Certified HR Specialists) for a longterm, high profile, hiring surge project with a federal client in 2019. Position responsibilities · Federal HR experience as a Staffing Specialist, HR Assistant, or experience with delegated examining (DE Certification a must for some roles) · Broad knowledge of Federal staffing and placement policies and processes · Experience using HRConnect or Monster Hiring Management · Consultative skills working with hiring managers and team colleagues to support all facets of surge hiring
