HR / Bookkeeping Clerk - (Peoria, IL)
Position summary HR / Bookkeeping Clerk Will assist with accounts payable processing, bank statement reconciliation, and journal entries. Must possess exceptional attention to detail and a strong work ethic. The perfect candidate must have the expertise to multi-task and provide positive customer service to internal and external clients. Prior bookkeeping/accounts payable background highly preferred. Filing; Keeping the department organized and accurate with confidential info; Photocopying, faxing, and perform clerical function; Assist the department with various projects as needed; Prepare new employee files; Upload and enter details and documentation into company’s databases; Perform other duties as assigned; Adhere to assign work schedule; Attend meetings and training as requested.
