Position overview Automotive tier one client is seeking a Project Engineer to lead new projects including line layout, machine condition and other new processes to ensure high-quality and high productivity manufacturing processes as well as evaluating production readiness on new product launches, and APQP related activities. ASSIGNMENTS INCLUDE: Take lead of process design for new launch projects Take lead of PFMA- Process flow Take a responsibility of new launch process preparation, trial and evaluation Establish new process specifications, new equipment, new tooling, and new procedures for efficient product manufacturing which meets our customer's qualifications and QS9000 or TS16949 standards Support engineering teams on new product launch APQP and production readiness. Evaluate tooling and process capabilities during production trails for safe and efficient manufacturing Maintain capital budget for project QUALIFICATIONS: BSME or BSCE degree preferred.
