Job overview Essential Job Functions: This CNC Programmer will generate CNC programs offline for five axis milling machines. Also critical to this role is process engineering, cutting tool design, and shop floor support. Primary assignments include: · Develop machining strategies related to produce part in the most effective process. · Create and modify offline CNC programs o Turbosoft and RCS Cam Software background nice to have · Validate CNC programs o Siemens NX and Vericut background nice to have · Data management utilizing a PLM Software o Siemens TeamCenter background preferred · Output and edit output code to run automatically on requested work center. · Create setup and supporting documentation to adequately instruct factory personnel on the loading and execution of automated manufacturing method. · Organize and plan work efficiently to produce output according to budget and schedule constraints.
