Customer Technical Support - (Fort Wright, KY)
Position description Are you customer focused? Do you enjoy the challenge of providing IT support over-the-phone? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you. Our Customer Support Technicians receive requests for IT assistance from across the country via telephone, email, IM's and chat room notifications. They are responsible for diagnosing and resolving IT problems related to hardware, applications and operating systems. They ensure that service calls from customers are resolved accurately and in a timely fashion with emphasis on superior customer satisfaction. They install and train customers on proprietary car-part services and 3rd-party applications and call customers to upgrade and reconfigure their services. Among other duties, they also perform Help Desk reporting, monitor and resolve Help Desk exceptions, and track and update all trouble tickets with our Product Development staff.
