Legal Assistant / Paralegal - (Boerne, TX)

Position details Brock Upham Yost, PLLC is seeking a Full time Litigation Legal Assistant or Paralegal for its Boerne, Texas office. Our new litigation assistant will be asked to maintain a busy litigation caseload which will include docket management, drafting and reviewing pleadings, trial preparation, and proactively assist attorneys as assigned. This position is primarily focused on commercial, real estate and oil & gas litigation. Litigation Legal Assistant Necessary experience: No less than 5yrs commercial litigation administrative support background with a min of three years' litigation support background in State and/or Federal Courts. Must be familiar with the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure, electronic filing in state courts and calendaring. Advanced skill level in Ms office, excellent typing and management skills are essential along with the expertise to work unaided Efficiently utilize available technologies, and to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
