AMR Technician - (Portsmouth, NH)

Position overview Position Concept To perform and complete the activities associated with meter reading, device programming, and customer credit functions in an efficient and professional manner, and in accordance with regulatory requirements and Workplace standards. Requirements High-school diploma or equivalent. Must be regular in attendance and have a good safety and driving history. Have the expertise to interact with customers effectively and in a pleasant, business-like manner. Demonstrated mechanical and technical aptitude. Demonstrated computer and typing skills. Demonstrated expertise to read meters and devices accurately and use electronic reading devices. Must be able to obtain applicable Operator Qualification (O.Q.) certification based upon the requirements set forth in D.O.T. 49 CFR 192, Subpart N. Must pass applicable Operator Qualification testing. Must pass DOT Drug Screen if not presently working in a covered position.
