Position details Production Supervisor 2nd Shift New Ulm, MN $55-68k 10% bonus Our food manufacturing client is actively seeking a Production Supervisor in the New Ulm, Minnesota area. This is a 2nd shift opportunity and the Production Supervisor will supervise all production areas at the facility and will be in charge of the preparation, scheduling and development of 60 employees during the 2nd shift production team. Critical responsibilities: Acknowledge and take steps to clear up operating problems in order to minimize their impact on the operations. Responsible for ingredient usage and all other department costs. Bolster suggestions from employees which will improve production, quality, safety and/or control costs of production. Keep Operations Manager informed on operating and/or employee problems, quality, safety and/or control costs of production. Adhere to safe work practices, follow GMP's, maintain sanitary conditions and ensure that product quality is maintained.
