Business Process Manager - Merchandise Systems - (Commerce, CA)

Position summary Summary/Purpose The Business Process Manager – Merchandise Systems will be responsible for managing new system implementation and support with key business users and stakeholders. This role is the core customer facing process manager that will lead implementation, support, process architecture, and delivery of several core process and system competencies to the Replenishment/Allocation teams. The BPM will collaborate together with Replenishment leadership and super users to intake qualifications and translate qualifications into a well-defined project plan that supports the needs of the enterprise through effective utilization of new systems. The role will lead through influence across multiple groups (IT, Stores, Merchandising, Master Data) and become the subject matter expert (SME) on new systems.
