Veterinary Technician - (Maple Grove, MN)

Position description Job Summary Be a part of our team here at Paws and Claws Pet Hospital We are a small animal clinic and we do work with some pocket pets as well as exotics. PACPH opened in 2013 and we have been growing into a well known and loved practice in the Maple Grove area. We utilize laser surgery and we recently added a digital thermal imaging system to our in-house diagnostic tools (Abaxis CBC, Abaxis Vetscan, & standard radiographs). We see a wide variety of cases here as we work with a number of rescues in the area so we are continuously learning. We are seeking to add a Veterinary Technician to our team to work 4-4.5 days a week. We are looking for someone to help with reception duties, patient check-in, obtaining patient histories, filling prescriptions, restraint, obtaining lab samples and performing lab work, assisting in surgery, performing dental cleanings, monitoring anesthesia, and general cleaning tasks.
