Position details Job Description: We are looking for an energetic, outgoing, and highly motivated Realtor ready to join our team and make an immediate impact. Here at Marshall Reddick, we like to work hard and have fun in a quick paced and changing real estate environment. We are a full-service residential real estate firm that works with local and out of state buyers and listing, property management, and mortgage and trust deed investments. In this position, you will be supporting Property Management by leasing vacant listing in the Clarksville, TN and Oak Grove, KY areas as well as be a Realtor working with buyers and sellers on their homes and investment property transactions. You will need to manage a wide array of clients and prospects from 1st-time buyers, tenants to seasoned investors. The main objective of this position is to increase company real estate sales and lease all vacant property in 30 days or less.
