The principal role for this position is to secure leases for Riverwalk Apartments, a new and exciting apartment community in Rochester, Minnesota. KEY FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION Secures leases for Riverwalk Apartments Prepares and collects all lease documentation to ensure lease files are 100% complete Presents property and property amenities to prospective tenants Markets property to local businesses, clubs, housing fairs and local events in community Responsible for managing social media accounts for Riverwalk Apartments Routinely prices out local competition and provides weekly market report to ownership Position does require working nights and weekends MIN QUALIFICATIONS OF THE POSITION High-school graduate or equivalent
