Job summary Must Have Regional Mobile Home Managerial experience Regional Property Manager - Manufactured Home Community position. Location: Maryland State (Heavy Travel) Compensation range: $65-75k 2% of sales The Regional Manager is the “Team Leader” responsible for the day-to-day Operations which includes but is not limited to Sales, Maintenance, Inventory Homes, Marketing and Financial results of the overall portfolio of multiple Manufactured Home Communities in the Maryland area. Assignments include but are not limited to: · Maximizing the overall financial operating performance and effectiveness of the portfolio · Monitoring and reviewing monthly budget variances · Providing leadership, mentoring and training for community teammates · Implementing and overseeing adherence to workplace standards , policy and procedures · Walking properties daily to ensure asset is in good standing.
