Property Manager / Community Manager - (Ventura, CA)

Position overview HOA Management Company located in the Ventura and LA County is looking for a recent an Experienced Community Manager. We are energetic company managing community associations throughout the Ventura and LA County. It can be said that “We work hard and play hard, we are like family here.” We are looking for an experienced Homeowner Association Manager. Please do not apply unless you have HOA managerial background. JOB DUTIES This position will be responsible for management and performance of condominium and homeowner associations in accordance with homeowners' property management contract, the Bylaws and Declarations of the Association, civil code and company policy. Ensure property(s) is maintained and operated in accordance with company objectives and facilitate solutions to problems between communities and internal support staff, guided by precedent and working within the limits of established policies.
