Position details Requirements: · 1-three years prior general business background · Excellent technical skills and background with Microsoft office suite (Ms word, Microsoft excel, PowerPoint) and background with the JDE accounting system (or comparable system) helpful. Administrative Responsibilities · Open the office at 8:00 am. Greet guests and visitors to the Management Office, determine nature of business, and direct individuals to appropriate location. · Answer phones and respond to all tenant requests in a professional, gracious and courteous manner. Acknowledge role as management office “ambassador”. · Do all general filing; leases, vendor contracts, invoices, and correspondence · Maintenance of calendar, and scheduling of conference room. TENANT RELATIONS Customer Service – Provide superior customer service to all tenants, clients, contractors and vendors at all times.
