Job overview Major assignments include, but are not limited to: Overall management & oversight of the NextMed Property portfolio in Carlsbad, CA four Buildings located on three Properties Provide Insight, Direction and Implementation of the Strategic Business Initiatives with and for Ownership Developing a new concept in Medical Office Building Business Model Develops and manages the web sites, and marketing for the NextMed Brand The NextMed Brand represent the current & future of a "State-of-the-art, local community, outpatient concierge care” brand. Build strong relationships with tenants Monitor patient / customer experiences and properties Concierge approach to outpatient medicine Manages and oversees operations, maintenance, administration, and improvement of properties. Plans, schedules, and coordinates general maintenance, major repairs, and remodeling or construction projects.
