Are you looking to make life long memories and build literacy for kids? Then join our Scholastic Book Fairs Operations team! We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead our first Shift. You will lead a team of employees that are responsible for the production and support of Book Fairs.Hours for the shift are six a.m. - three p.m. M-F. A min of three (3) years supervisory background within a Warehouse Management and Logistics environment. WMS and inventory managerial background preferred. Responsibilities Assist in the hiring and recruiting process for warehouse staff. Conduct orientation for newly hired associates, including introduction of a mentor to act as a "buddy" through 90-day orientation period. Supervise, develop, and train all warehouse personnel and maintain peak level of associate morale and motivation within organization for max level of productivity and associate retention.
