Position details Our client is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Associate Editor to help the experienced staff of their business-to-business magazine and its affiliated electronic media offerings. The perfect applicant is a multifaceted communicator — a reporter/writer who embraces the need to incorporate electronic media into the info delivery mix. The successful applicant will also be a self-starter/team member who is able to prioritize tasks — someone who also is passionate about getting better at this thing called journalism as the creep into the Digital Age continues. Associate Editor's Responsibilities: Report, write and edit news and feature articles for our monthly print and daily eNewsletter Contribute to the print and digital quality-control efforts (proofreading etc.) Manage and contribute to our social media channels Contribute to the SEO and print-issue web conversion process Manage and/or support various special sections that appear periodically in the print or in digital formats
