We have a new A Tech on our team and we are looking for a Service Advisor to help bring in new business in an affluent neighborhood. Principal Duties and Responsibilities Meet and greet all customers in a gracious, professional manner. Strive to reduce customer wait time to 3 minutes before helping them. Schedule appointments on the customer appointment log. Take complete customer details on repair order. Communicate with customer to determine the nature of problem. Complete detailed info on customer problem before passing on to service. Communicate the dispatching of repair orders to the Lead Technician. Organize daily work load. Test drive vehicles when requested. Upsell. Advise customer on car care.
