Requirements What We're Looking For. 3+ years of needs-based sales background - consumer lending sales a plus. A proven work history of meeting and exceeding sales goals. High-level of initiative, independence and resourcefulness. Accountability for yourself and your team members. Ability to effectively engage customers using technology and automation. Good written and oral communication abilities. Impactful decision making and issue solving ability. Solid planning, organizational and execution skills with the ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks simultaneously.
