job details: Business Project Specialist - Bloomfield, CT This is a contract role expected to last 11 mnths. Business Project Specialist - Position duties: Supports the Integration Program by defining and applying best practices, continuous improvements, and Post close processes for the IMO Operating Effectiveness team. The focus of the role will be to support Resource Management onboarding, Develop Playbooks, and draft program communications during Integration Execution post close. This applicant will facilitate meetings with leadership and the target partner to ensure the program processes run smoothly and compliantly within stated working agreements (SLAs). Builds strong working relationship with the workstream team lead, teammates (could be employees, consultants, or vendor partners) , and Integration Management Office Team.
