Accountable for reducing delinquency on assigned accounts. Develop successful relationships with customer contacts and sales. Perform account reconciliations as needed to resolve customer issues. Applies knowledge and understanding of individual customer accounts to efficiently and effectively handle account balance inquiries, resolve account problems, billing disputes, and other issues as needed to provide quality customer service.
