Payroll Administrator - (Avondale, PA)

Southern Chester County PA- Growing mushroom distributor has a direct hire opening for a Payroll Administrator. This person must be Multilingual (Spanish/English). Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Salary= $18-22/hour Responsibilities: This individual will be responsible for - Verifying, calculating and reconciling a variety of payroll transactions. - Motivated self starter who is team oriented - Understanding of payroll and accounting principles and practices - Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues or concerns Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Skills: - Processing payroll, including reviewing time and unit tracking. - Proven relationship management expertise - Maintaining and documenting all payroll records - Maintaining and submitting payroll data to third party service provider - Multi-lingual (Spanish) required - Detecting and resolving issues related to payroll - Distribution of paychecks - 2+ years in a Payroll specific position
