This position is unique in that is also offers high-potential commission bonuses for helping our realtors convert sales. These bonuses have a very high ceiling and are in addition to the base pay. The administrative assistant is an essential part of the big picture, serving as the eyes and ears of the office to ensure that excellent service is always being delivered.
