position details: Title: Administrative Assistant Job description: This assignment is a short-term, temporary assignment that will perform clerical duties involving the preparation, ordering, boxing and inventorying of highly confidential employee files for shipment to a vendor. Essential responsibilities: Organization and Preparation of paper files for shipment to a vendor site to include Identifying and reordering certain types of documentation from within an employee file Placing dividers within this documentation based on a predetermined ordering scheme Boxing employee files Creating an inventory/shipping manifest of each box prior to shipment Miscellaneous tasks to support the overall process as assigned. Skills & Attributes: Excellent management skills and judgement Must be confidential and trustworthy Expertise to learn quickly Expertise to take direction and follow process steps Must be self-motivated and articulate Must be able to visually identify and accurately classify document types
