Power Construction Supervisor - (Piperton, TN)

Position description The Construction Supervisor, Power Operations performs and oversees installation, construction, maintenance, and repair of power distribution and communication work within the power zone. The Construction Supervisor will be responsible for Safety and Profit/ Loss oversight for the utility infrastructure line of business throughout Virginia, West Virginia, Kentucky and Tennessee markets. Primary Outcomes: Responsible for strict compliance and implementation of company safety policies and procedures, including proactive involvement with safety meetings, assistance in the investigation of claims, communication of lessons learned to crews and various training programs designed to improve overall safety performance. Assist with development and implementation of standard operating procedures Direct day-to-day field operations, providing the necessary technical guidance, leadership and quality inspections of crew(s) through frequent field visits.
