Immediate openings We are currently seeking Self Pay Customer Service Representatives for a position at our Duluth office. Looking for individuals with healthcare call center experience or medical revenue cycle experience. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated; goal oriented and will possess superior communication abilities. Job responsibilities: Applicant must be able to read and interpret an EOB. Performs clerical and customer service functions required to service the needs of the patients, providers and organization. Maintains a high volume of inbound calls researching and responding to billing questions and inquires. Negotiates payment on patient account balances.
