Job summary We're looking for an energetic, dependable and hard-working Restaurant General Manager for our Land Shark Restaurant in Vicksburg, MS. • Perform all positions and processes within the front of house, back of house and FEC. • Ensure only the highest quality products and quality of service are served and they meet each Guest’s expectations. • Ensure a high standard of service efficiency, sanitation, and training. • Understand, comply with, and enforce: • All Company policies, procedures, and operating standards. • All federal/state/local laws and ordinances. • Manage new hires and change of status for Staff Members to ensure accurate and timely payroll and record- keeping. • Create supervisors (FOH, BOH & FEC) schedules, following established Company guidelines and procedures, while maintaining established budgetary guidelines.
