Job details Mooney Wieland Smith & Rose (MWS Rose) is a premiere Idaho law firm representing domestic and international businesses, banks, and regulatory agencies in the American West and the Pacific Rim. MWS Rose seeks an attorney with 3-7yrs’ background to join its expanding American Samoa office in Spring 2019. Requires top credentials, excellent written correspondence skills, expertise to independently manage a case load, and a willingness to learn new skills. Broad background in commercial law is preferred, such as litigation, corporate governance, commercial transactions, creditors’ rights, IP, utility regulation, maritime, and/or insurance. Position involves a 30- to 36-month presence in tropical American Samoa, followed by potential for further employment in the firm’s Boise, Idaho, office. Top pay and cost-of-living benefits.
