Desktop Technician - (Spring, TX)

Position summary Responsibilities: Update hardware/software asset data using Asset Center database upon installation or relocation of any PC equipment. Install & configure of end user software, e.g.: Microsoft office suite, MS Outlook Perform comprehensive maintenance scheme Ensure software is virus free prior to installation. Requirement: Proficient in supporting Window 7, 8, & ten client environment, Possess current knowledge in Outlook, Proficient in WINDOW-based applications such as Word, Microsoft excel, Ms power point Basic knowledge in supporting iOS devices (i.e., iPhone and iPad) Knowledge of Symantec Antivirus/ Attachmate Extra Program Basic knowledge in troubleshooting network connections with some understanding of basic TCP/IP concepts Install Local Area Network (LAN) client software & hardware as appropriate.
